As part of my basement renovation, I required electrical work. BCM Electric Systems was recommended to me. Their initial contact with me was prompt. Kevin answered all of my questions and concerns. They took care of ensuring a permit was opened for the required work. Both rough-in and final panel connection were approved by ESA.

Trevor was the electrician that completed most of the work. His work was done neatly and precisely. Any questions I had when he was at my house were answered professionally.

Another electrician, Mike, arrived the second day to complete some final work. He too was very professional.

At their office Brittany was my contact when it came to invoicing and payment. She responded immediately when I had a question.

The quality of work was excellent, and the Final cost was very reasonable.

We needed a new dishwasher installed and hardwired in. I contacted BCM on the weekend and first thing Monday they responded. A contractor came out Tuesday morning just before the scheduled time. He completed the work in a half hour, with excellent work and little cost to us.

Amazing service. The guys who came out to work on my panel (Ken and Devin) were professional, honest, friendly and efficient. 

They know their stuff, and even pointed out some issues that needed to be fixed (such as incorrect wiring for my air conditioning unit). They also were upfront when they made a small mistake. Instead of covering it up, they told me right away (which in the end wasn’t a big deal at all).

BCM Electric team are the most knowledgeable and conscientious group that we’ve ever worked with. Their reliability and the fact that they are so easy to deal with has earned them all of our electrical and security business. It’s comforting to know that we are getting great products and services without having to question invoices.

In 2019 I had the pleasure of awarding BCM two large contracts to install miles of cabling and also replaced all of our exterior lighting. The cabling contract was extremely involved and without the constant communication with Trevor my onsite project manager I don’t believe this would have gone so smoothly.

We have very strict rules for all contractors coming into our facility and all BCM team members adhered very well to the business expectations.
